~ Executive Coaching ~
For many years we have provided Executive Coaching and seen the impact it has on the results senior leaders achieve in their organizations. More and more clients use Executive Coaching as part of their Leadership Development Programs for senior leaders. Organizations see Executive Coaching’s ROI through measurable behavior change, increased team effectiveness and gaining greater results with and through people. Studies over the years have shown that Executive Coaching delivers an average return of 5-7 times the initial investment in a typical executive coaching assignment. Moreover, Executive Coaching is being used by over 60% of Fortune 500 companies; it has become part of these companies' approach to the development of their top talent. Executive Coaching is about enhancing current and future on-the-job performance, measured by tangible results and behavior change as judged by the executive's peers, manager, customers and direct reports.
We generally use a 7-Step Process to Executive Coaching
Phase 1 — Scoping the specific need for Executive Coaching and the Executive’s commitment
Phase 2 — Matching the Executive to the Coach
Phase 3 — Determining the expected outcomes of the Coaching assignment (from the point of view of the Executive,
his/her Manager, and Human Resources)
Phase 4 — Gathering Information (Assessments, Interviews) resulting in a Leadership Assessment Report
Phase 5 — Establishing and Implementing a Developmental Strategy
Phase 6 — Guiding & Measuring Results against the Strategy
Phase 7 — Closing the Coaching Process and Recommending Follow-on Developmental Activities
