Leadership Effectiveness Analysis (LEA) 360® is an exceptionally powerful assessment tool that provides leaders with impactful, confidential feedback from boss, peers, and direct reports and links that feedback to your organization’s key strategic objectives. Developed by the Management Research Group, it combines objective, persuasive insights into critical leadership practices with an action planning process.
The LEA 360® is one the best-researched, widely used instruments on the market. There is ample evidence to support that the LEA is measuring what it claims to be measuring, and that dimension scores are actually related to effective performance.
The unique questionnaires produce results that are highly accurate and credible. The results are presented in graphic and narrative form. Individuals (often with the assistance of a coach) determine their leadership strengths and developmental needs and chart a developmental course that enhances their own and the organization’s performance. LEA 360’s objective data sets a baseline for leadership development. This enables individuals to focus and prioritize their developmental efforts.
