~ Building High Performance Teams ~

Leaders in today’s business environment tell us they spend 60 to 90 percent of their time working in groups.
So why not learn how to create high performance teams?

We have all experienced the unfulfilled promise of many teams. How can this be? After all, teams are usually composed of successful, smart, hardworking people who have been effective in their own areas of expertise.
In these times of rapid change, higher expectations, increased competition, resource constraints (and the list goes on), the leadership challenge extends beyond the capability of any single individual. Only with teams of talented and motivated people, working together, can we achieve success. We look to build teams of self-starters, highly motivated to achieve team goals, and capable of solving problems. But how do we "develop" such teams?
We use a simple model that describes the different types of team, explores the stages of team development, and helps you examine the five key factors the lead to highly effective teams:

                                                                    • Team Mission & Goals
                                                                    • Team Roles
                                                                    • Team Operating Processes
                                                                    • Interpersonal Relationships
                                                                    • Inter-team Relations
